After 72 hours from the time of booking, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. The only way we can get a cancellation request is over the phone; we don't get any through email or chat. Most cancellations are not reimbursed. Due to the hotel and airline refund policies, we cannot guarantee a refund following a cancellation.

The only cancellations that qualify for a refund are those that are made within 72 hours of the reservation. When paying with a different method, a check will be issued in lieu of a credit to the original account used to make the reservation. The refund procedure takes about 10 to 15 days to complete. For the cash to appear on your account's bank statement, banks require a few extra days. The reimbursement may occasionally take between 60 and 90 days to process and appear on the bank account statement. A full refund is the only circumstance in which we will reimburse the service fee.
